State/neutral shields

Shouldn't all WA state/name specific interstates be remove from infobox? Computerguy just add all WA state signs to routebox. On interstate-guide map shades WA in black ~~or old map in white~~. If he wants to include those shields somewhere, in his namespace or sandbox, talkpages only. Earlier, I have try putting pink tag on images not suppose to use in article. We can keep those shields just as long as we don't use them in routebox. They have use those shields in past just like white CA shelds and black guide signs have exist in California long time ago, and its historical interest.
